However, the Shipyard plantation course, is right off the back patio, making a quick afternoon round a breeze. Downtime spent indoors is covered with free high-speed wireless internet. Don’t worry… you won’t hurt its feelings if you decide to stay “off the grid."

If you want a taste of the hustle and bustle of the island, make your way to Coligny Plaza (two miles) and you will find dining, shopping, and beach rentals that will fill the day with family adventures. Not to mention, an extensive biking and walking path system is spread throughout the island, so rent a few bikes and catch a glimpse of all the best attractions while cruising in the sunshine. Limitless golf courses, located on and off island, will undoubtedly scratch your golfing itch. If you and your kids need a break from the water, there are plenty of amazing playgrounds on the island that will keep your little ones entertained for hours. FAQs
Are pets welcome?
No. We love our pets as much as you do, but in efforts to keep cleaning costs low and to prevent any unintended damage to the condo, we do not allow pets.
Is this a smoke-free home?
Yes. We do not allow smoking of any kind on the premise.
Can we throw an event or a party in the condo?
No. Parties or events are not allowed.
If something within the condo needs attention during our stay, what should we do?
Emergencies or issues within in the condo are never expected. However, if immediate response is needed, we ask you contact Regime Management: Association Services Inc. at (843) 842-0517.
Do we need a pass to enter Shipyard?
Yes. Our admins will coordinate the access passes during booking. Your pass will need to be visible on your dashboard during your stay.
How do we use the beach parking pass?
The condo includes a beach parking pass placard that will need to be hung from the rearview mirror to access Shipyard’s beach parking and stay visible during your visit to the beach. Our advice, get up early to get a good spot. And if you don’t or there aren’t any spots available, the condo is only a short walk from the beach!
